For executives, management team members and business owners

Everyone works hard.
The plans are sound.
Execution stays stuck.

It is rarely the plans. Almost always, it is leadership and behaviour.

  • Why can't you bring your team along when everyone seems to agree?
  • Why does everyone say "yes" in the meeting, and nothing happens afterwards?
  • Why do you have to chase everything yourself, and why does change take so much energy?

sessions per programme

Round meeting table in a glass boardroom with morning light through the trees
Former CEO of Krauthammer International Led, built and transformed it myself, not just advised on it.
Trusted Sparring Partner For the conversations you cannot have anywhere else.

Not a coincidence, but a pattern.

The same signals, in different leaders. Not because they lead badly, but because this pattern builds up beneath the surface, out of sight.

Recognise this?

  • Everyone nods in the meeting, and the week after it is back on the table
  • The same topics keep coming back
  • Important conversations happen in the corridor, not in the room
  • You are already three steps ahead of your team
  • You solve most problems yourself
  • You miss the pushback you actually need
  • Conflicts are waved away, but they do not disappear
  • Plenty of activity, little movement

What is really happening

What you recognise is no coincidence. Patterns form that steer behaviour, without anyone naming them.

  • People adapt to whatever feels safe
  • Pushback disappears from conversations
  • Responsibility shifts invisibly
  • Loyalty comes before sharpness
  • Decisions are taken formally, but not genuinely owned

What I do

I help leaders see what is happening beneath the surface.

Models give the conversation structure. The conversation makes the difference. With sharp questions, years of boardroom experience, and the courage to name what others avoid.

No training. No advice from the sidelines. A conversation.

The book

Everyone Nods. Nobody Changes.

Many organisations seem to be moving, but are not really changing. This book shows why.

Not management theory, but recognition from the practice of leadership and organisational behaviour.

More about the book

What is really going on

Not made to look better than it is.

Examples of situations where the change was clear in substance but got stuck on the human side.

CEO transition • Pharma

The first hundred days as CEO

Situation: strong on substance, but a new mandate demands authority, direction and connection at the same time.

Intervention: six sessions in real time on priorities, positioning and team dynamics.

Result: a clear direction, faster support and a stronger CEO transition.

Retail • Leadership style

Strong on results, weak on buy-in

Situation: excellent results, but a style that provoked resistance across the whole team.

Intervention: confronting behaviour, influence and relational impact, without weakening ambition.

Result: trust restored, more responsibility in the team, and the position retained.

IT education • Transformation

From classroom-based IT institute to EdTech company

Situation: an IT training institute slowly going under: a board in conflict, shareholders who wanted out, and no direction.

Intervention: new leadership, new shareholders and five scenarios for a full transformation into EdTech.

Result: revenue up from 2 to 10 million in five years, staff from 10 to 80, and from classroom teaching to hybrid education.

Client feedback

I had reached a point where everything became too much at once. You could not see it from the outside, but inside I was stuck. Ron helped me see what was really going on. He challenges you without damaging you. That is rare at the level I work at. Since then he has guided me through several steps in my career.

CEO, international warehouse & logistics group

Coaching/sparring across several organisations

The energy transition hit our market hard. At the same time, rumours of a takeover were going round. Ron helped me keep my focus in exactly that chaos. We met our growth targets. But what stayed with me more: my team was still standing. In a period like that, that is not a given.
